Not So Nice Anymore...

Rented: From 2002 To 2005

I've been here nearly 2 years, never had any serious problems but a few months back people moved nextdoor to me and are extremely trashy. Their patio is cluttered and their trash flies over to my side when the wind blows. Like everything that should be in their apartment or the dumpster, is on their patio. They play loud music all hours of the night and early morning... wow its 3am now and I'm up because my pictures are rattling on the walls from the blarring stero nextdoor. I've complained, said they would post a note, never did.

Management is rude. Dont care about anything. After the money, thats all. Want to hear something even better? The HEAD MANAGER gave my apt key to someone that wasnt on my lease!! She didn't even bother checking the lease!!! So, if you stay here, beware!! Anyone can get access to your apartment!! All they have to do is walk up to the HEAD MANAGER and say they locked their key inside apt #??? and they will be handed a key!!

Maintence... ok, though my ac filter hasn't been changed in months.

My apt was well cleaned up when I moved in. I give them credit for that. The outside scene is ok BUT over the past few months they have moved in many loud, dirty, trashy druggy people. Before you know it, this wont be the best place to stay. It's changing from decent to trashy, fast!! I'll be moving out when my lease is up.
