GATE HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE I MOVED IN TWO YEARS AGO. THEY DON'T CARE THAT PEOPLE'S CARS/TRUCKS/ATV'S ARE BEING STOLEN OUT OF THERE. DIDN'T CARE AFTER STORM REGARDING RENT. TOOK PEOPLE TO COURT 10 DAYS AFTER THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER FOR LATE RENT. NAILS IN PARKING LOT CAUSING EVERYONE TO GET AT LEAST ONE FLAT TIRE. DON'T GET STUCK. NOW RENT WENT UP TOO!!!
