Hello to all. I'm the new manager here at Pass Pointe. I've been here since April, and we have a new office staff, new maintenance, and new groundskeeper. We have been picking up the pieces that former management has left behind, and we are well on our way to a better community. Hurricane damage has been taken care of (long before other communities here on the coast). I won't lie, we still have issues that pop up that we were unaware of...such as damages not reported or taken care of before I came. But we have an interest in resident satisfaction, and although we can't do EVERYTHING we'd like to do, we are trying our best to get things done. Please don't be discouraged by the negativity in the past. Pass Pointe is a great community, and we now have a friendly staff ready to meet your needs.
