THE GATE NEVER WORKS, VEHICLES GET DAMAGED ALL THE TIME, LOITERERS CHECKING CARS, KICKING DOWN DOORS, DAYTIME or NIGHT. SECURITY IS AN ISSUE HERE, AND TO BE A GATED APARTMENT COMMUNITY, IN THE LAST 1000 DAYS, THE GATE HAS WORKED FOR MAYBE 45. ONCE YOU'RE IN AN APT, CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS. BUT THEY'LL BEG U TO GET HERE
