Rented: From 2006 To 2006

All apartments are SUPER cheaply made, and it shows. Paint is HORRIBLE. Quality is HORRIBLE. And plenty of illegal aliens. In fact, one was just arrested the other day. Owner is frequent drunk at Imperial Palace Casino and cares little about tenants. Management staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (to the point of bringing their pets to the main office while working). Security systems are non existant.
