Apartment Review for Parham Pointe

This place should be shut down. The rent is priced way 2 high for the unpleasantness you have 2 deal with. MY cabinets n kitchen were falling off the walls. Dishwasher never worked from he time I moved in until the time I moved out this July 2011. I only lived here a year and that was all they were getting from me. Someone broke in my truck stole my speakers amp cd case and even stole 4 dollars I had in a bag with my tampons n it. Lol I moved in in the summer and my air wasn't fixed until the next summer. I stayed until my lease was up and now they want give me my deposit back. So I am taking them to small claims court because by law they had 30 days 2 return it or give me and itemized statement and haven't received either. And I moved out in july and it is now October 4, 2011. I have called the office went in office went off and also called hone office and still no help so now. It's small claims court for me. Also they redid the apts and changed the name but like makeup you can't change the inside foundation which is the horrible staff the only nice one is Hope. Toya isn't helpful at all she has a nasty attitude and don't let me get started on the new guy. To add on my friend was raped in the apt complex along with other females. So do not move here.
