Wow! where should I start? First thing we have lived here for a long time now and have had 3 different managers, our apartment has only been sprayed for bugs only once since being here, I have asked the managers more then 10 times to get someone out to spray, that the bugs are bad. I have not gotten a mail box key yet!!! so cant check my mail, they keep telling me they will get one but have not seen a key yet! Since we got a new manager the pool has not been cleaned at all its nasty plus the pool gate is unlocked 24/7. There are small children around 6 to 10 and some times younger that play out side some times unattended who can get in the pool area, that's not safe. plus since the new manager the laundry room is always really dirty, they don't clean the yard area anymore, the other day I saw a big bottle of alcohol with alcohol still in it at the grill area where children play what if one of them got in to in? The grass is always over grown. These apartments are really old and don't have duck work so unless you plan on paying a $250 light bill don't come here. Its bad enough your paying over $600 in rent. When something needs to be fixed you might have to do it yourself or wait a month before they send someone out to fix it and they do a half *** job.

Sorry had more to add on... there are wasp nest in front of a lot of buildings and nothing has been done about them for the last few months. Oh where is our 24hr. emergency maintenance man that was promised to us in our lease? The new manager is rude always rushing you out of the office when your trying to talk to her about the problems your having with your apartment. I liked our last manager although I cant remember her name as she wasn't here long enough for me to remember it. she at least kept the property grounds clean. They need to bring her back! I don't know but who ever owns this property must not know what they are doing. This is the first time I have had this much problem out of an apartment. I do have one nice thing to say about the apt complex is they do have a curtsy officer Who is a police officer from Passagoula and he does walk the grounds at night. Cant wait until my lease is up I'm ready to move, can you say good by westgate.. Like I said before save your money and find a better place. We found some great apt's over in Biloxi for the same price but they are bigger and way nicer and they are kept up with..
