Apartment Review for Southcrest Lake Apartments

The manager is racist. Hope you and your spouse are the same race or you will not feel welcomed. Other office worker never knows what is going on. I think she is supposed to be there answering the phone or something. Not even sure she knows what she is there for. Why is my rent higher than everyone else in my building? Carpet in the apartment was frayed and stained when I moved in. The first time I ever needed something fixed, it took almost a month. I've been waiting for my garbage disposal to be fixed since August. Don't be late on your rent or you will get evicted, but they'll still accept your rent, but make it look like you didn't pay it. Manager will harass you. Nice location though. I recommend tearing down and rebuilding, starting with staff.
