I have lived at 21 for 3 years, and it has been a great experience. The convenience of being across the street from campus is unparalleled. Also, it truly is all inclusive. I have rarely gone over on my electricity allowance. If I do have an issue, I talk to the office staff. They are always so nice and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this complex to other people.

I lived at 21 for two years. The management is great and always pleasant. The complex is so close to campus and so convenient. The maintenance staff has always been there when i needed them. I would suggest this place to anyone!

Apartment unit was nice, but had many problems with the office. Maintenance comes in without notice, trash in the front of complex always smells bad and spills out into the road, the gates are either always closed or always open (no real security), and traffic and parking is horrible during football game weekends.
