Review for Oak View Apartments

These apartments are spacious. However, many maintenance problems, such as water leaks, refrigerator leaks, dishwasher was broken, very drafty windows and doors. It takes forever to get any maintenance done. They don't get in a hurry for anything. They are too worried about fixing up the empty apartments to rent out to someone else instead of keeping up the ones with people already in them. We were told when we moved in that a lot of work was going to be done, including outside and the inside hallway/stairway. They have yet to begin.
