Rented: From 2004 To 2009

Pros:

AMAZING price. AMAZING location. (60 seconds from I-70) Linda in the office is always courteous and very understanding when rent is late. I have nearly 1100 square feet for $695/month. (2 bed 2 bath) My lease expired 8 months ago and I haven't been asked to re-sign NOR have I been asked to pay higher rent. Great!

Cons:

The buildings are kind of old an out-dated, but at this price, this is very much excusable.
