Review for Hillcrest Village Apartments

The Manager is a joke. She was informed of an improper smoke detector and was told that she would be taken to court on this matter and that I would not be obligated to pay for damages because of her neglect in making sure that the smoke detector worked properly. Her coment was oh if you press the button then that is good enough to say it works. Really how stupid can you be? Just because the alarm works does not mean that the sensor would alert you in a fire emergancy.
