My husband and I have lived here for four years (2004-2008) and have had very little problems. They spray for bugs regularly (about 3 times a year); they answer maintenance calls quickly and complete repairs efficiently. I can always find a place to park reasonably close to my building, although not always in the spot I would prefer. There is generous space for storage in the basement. We live in a 2-bedroom unit on the top floor, the downstairs neighbors can get noisy but it is usually during daytime hours and has only once woken me during the night. When we renewed our lease in 2005 (for 3 years!), we demanded new windows and got them. The rent is reasonable, the area is nice, the management is capable and relatively easy to work with. I would recommend this complex to friends and relatives. It is certainly a great starter residence for new couples, small families, and singles.
