This place is a dump! And the people in the office are very unethical! When I moved out, my place was very clean with the exception of the oven, and I agreed to pay for that. They told me my carpet was stained, which it wasn't! They wanted $125.00 even though I put a deposit down! I had to pay it because I didn't want this to go against my credit report. These people are hoosiers and will do anything to get your money! Be careful. Logan students beware!....be careful. They will screw you any way they can!

My husband and I moved in 4 months ago. When I called and set up an appointment to come in and look, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Kim D. whom I thought was the property manager. Later I found out that she was the leasing agent. We finally decided on a large two bedroomand 2 bath. I have to say as far as space, it's large. When we finally moved in there were some problems. (But it's a rental.) I did however speak to the leasing agent Kim and she advised me it might take a couple of days to get maintenance out to fix the list I made. Afew days later they were fixed. I have had no problems since. The office staff is ok. If your looking for a place with some room at a decent price for the West County area I would agive it a thumbs up. After only 3 months of being here, my roomate and I had to move out because I lost all of my furniture due to a sewer backup... literally into my aprtment saoking everything with sewage!
