Apartment Reviews for Forum Apartments - Chesterfield

The staff is nice and take care of issues quickly. Appliances work but need updating. Neighbors are friendly and generally quiet. Parking is easy. Overall the place is nice, but it really needs to be updated and renovated. Some windows do not fit the frames and let in hot/cold air and sometimes water. The electrical system does not provide much power, fuses pop frequently. The hot water heaters are a bit too small to be shared by 2 units. If you time things right, you'll have hot water. Like I said, they need to spend the money and renovate. I would still recommend the Forum because the location is good, the people are nice, and the pool is nice and clean.
