No sound insulation at all. You will hear your neighbors talk, snore and all else. Maintenance staff works hard and is responsive but once you rent dont bother bringing issues to the office staff. There are much better options nearby. I cannot wait for my lease to end. We have had bed bug infestation in units, a fire on the property (july 4th) and assorted police visits to units. Wonderful environment. And the price for a 2 br is $ 865 not what they show here
