Apartment Review for Anderson Rentals

I've lived here for about a year and can't wait to move out! the renters, Jerry and Amy seemed very nice at first. The rent was cheap and I live alone so I thought it was a great deal. However, the longer I'm here the more i want to leave. My first problem is that they do not tell you when they are stopping by. It is also very outdated! The carpet is the horrible mustard yellow/brown carpet from the 70's and has been shampooed so much it is literally inches away from the walls. The icebox and stove/oven look like they have not been touched since the apartment was built either! I also have a HUGE spider problem. I do not know where they are coming from, but I see at least 5 on a daily basis. I was told that they sprayed, but no note was left saying that they were here (they have always left a note saying what they did.) So I have my doubts that anything as actually done. The spiders are so bad that they are in my bed and clothes and have decided to spend the remaining 2 weeks of my lease at a friends house to escape them. My neighbors are also rude, but I realize that they cannot control the neighbors.
As to Amy and Jerry, I have not dealt much with Jerry, but mostly with Amy. THey are an older couple, but Amy is getting too old to run the company. In several instances I have called asking a question, but she calls me back a couple hours later because she can't remember what answer she gave me or if she just thought she needed to call me. She also gets confused very easily, which complicates things and leads to problems.
I would not recommend living here unless you are desperate
