Apartment Review for Barzell Apartments

I rented with them for one year. Subleased my apt. Got my deposit back on time and was always treated nice by management. They do have a policy to show the apt that was a bit weird but they tried to call me to let me know when they were going to show. I cleaned my apt from the instruction sheet that they gave me and always provided me with maintenance when needed. I think everyone should follow the lease they sign and most places are worse than this!
