Apartment Reviews for Copper Beech Townhomes - Columbia

The thing that's so great about Copper Beech is the large amount of space you get for the price you pay. I searched all over Columbia for almost a full week, and I was begining to get discouraged. The prices of apartments were high and they were so small and old. When I saw Copper Beech I knew right away I would live there. Not only was the four bedroom apartment cheaper than all the other apts. I had seen that week, but it was huge. I have lived at CB for three years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Living at Copper Beech was a less than pleasant experience. The office was horrendous to have to deal with. We were double charged for rent 3 times, and we kept getting letters that the former tenants owed money. Every time this happened, we had to take identification and/or canceled checks to the office to get this taken care of. It was a headache. Also, carpet was stained and was coming off of the stairs, the stair rails were loose, the linoleum was marked up, and we got charged to take care of all of this when we moved out, even though we had everything marked on our sheets when we moved in. Moving out day was one of the happiest days of mine and my roommates' lives.

Copper Beech Townhomes in Columbia, MO is the place to live if you are looking for spacious living. They have multi-level townhomes and private baths WITH a guest bath! Couldn't ask for more!
