Apartment Review for Grand Summit Apartments

It is beautifully landscaped with a golf course surrounding apts. so beautiful views - lots of trees, shrubs and plantings-well maintained - excellent office staff and management - never had a problem that wasn't fixed totally to my satisfaction! Great maintenance-the only noise I hear are upstairs tenants occasionally - nothing beyond walls on either side of my unit - no architectural features in apts. but fairly new and well maintained - they paint porch and stair areas yearly - spray regularly - keep the lawns beautiful - great pool and fitness room, clubhouse, etc. sauna, hot tub, tanning booths, free chair massages and fitness trainer available to residents!! They change air filters and take care of smoke alarms - easy access parking - never had a problem with crime and feel very safe - great location - easy access to major highway!
