Stay away from this place!!!! First of all, if you own a regular size couch, it won't fit in the "freight" elevator which isn't any bigger than the regular elevator and the stair ways are too small to get a couch through it. I went a whole year without my couch and this isn't a one time thing. I see couches left overnight in the lobby at least twice a month. The management knows this because when I told them about my situation they weren't surprised plus they don't tell you this fact when you're checking out the apartment. So be aware. Second, there's been a few times when the hot water went out, one of those times being New Year's Eve when people were getting ready to go out. I talked to a few residents who had to take cold showers that night in the middle of winter. Third, my "central" AC unit keeps leaking and soaking my carpet, they can seem to get the problem fixed. Fourth, the walls are concrete so it's hard to hang anything and they carry sound pretty well so you can hear your neighbors doing everything and I mean "everything".
