i like how it is quiet and i do not hear the neighbors, have a great view. I worked in the quality hill area the past 3 years with no problems with feeling safe. I like my apartment but the only thing that upsets me is a see a roach in my place about once a week to once every 2 weeks. it is not severe to where i will pack and move but its still gross even though it is only once a week or once every 2 weeks. other than that i like my place
