I believe the manager should go home. She is not suitable for working as a leasing manager. She is rude and dishonest. I hope the management can be more honest to its future tenants. They should have told us when signing the lease and they don't provide any repair services after 30 days we move in. We will need to pay $$$ for a simple repair even if it is under normal use. We will also need to pay a percentage of the water bill the management use, so one person pays $40.00 a month and two people pay $60.00 a month. I will move as soon as the lease ends.
