Property looks great on the outside, easily attracts people - then LOOK OUT! Walls very thin. Hear every movement of neighbors, every cough, laugh, toilet use, etc. Management does not enforce tenant policies for noise. There is NO security, although it is advertised as secured and gated. Gates never works. Was great first few years, has gone downhill since. Lots of crime, police here everyday. Police have said in 2007 every crime except murder committed here. High criminal element. FBI, DEA and local police out here often.
