Don't move here unless you like not having maintenance taken care of in a timely manor, and enjoy a bug-infested kitchen. The bug thing is ridiculous, and they refuse to do anything about it. Other maintenance calls, no matter what they are for, take 2 or 3 times before they even acknowledge that they've received your message. Poor, poor work. Please do yourself and dont' move here. For the money, there surely are better places out there.
