Review for The Ethans Apartments

2 year good experience. Yes, blacks, Asians are allowed!! My daughter is Asian, neighbors were black, no problems of a racial nature. Windows aren't tightly sealed, no storm windows, can be drafty. Rent on west side of building to avoid strong breezes if in an exposed or high elevated building. Outdoor stairs often icy and slick in winter. They need more handrails in areas. Overall good experience, roomy living areas. Quiet living for most part. Excercise room isn't much unless updated in past 6 months.
