Apartment Review for Bellerive Apartments

I moved to The Historic Bellerive in November of 2004. After the owners hired the new district manager, Marisa Terry. I had doubts of moving into the building at first, but Mrs. Terry asked me to come have a second look and I am glad I did. The deposit's on apartments are very reasonable, with utilities paid, and secured entry system. The Bellerive has many ammenities that no other apartment complex has to offer. Which make life a little more convenient. The convenience of the hair salon, a photographer, dry-cleaning, on-site laundry facility, storage space, and cleaning crew, to name a few of the ammenities.
You dont have to lug the kids in the car, run way across town, fighting traffic, with gas prices sky high and all the contruction they are doing on the main highways. The Bellerive residence don't have to worry about all that hassle of high gas prices and fighting traffic. We can simply schedule for our hair to be done in the same place we live. This makes life much easier and how convenient for working parent's.
Most apartment complexes have their laundry facility in a building to itself or away from apartments. (For those who don't have w/d hook-up already in home.) Here the laundry room is in the basement. No loading laundry in the car, driving around the corner or down the street, unloading laundry from car, etc. etc. etc. The laundry facility is conveniently located downstairs. A wonderful place for it, if you have tons of clothes and kids, you know very well what a convenience this is for us. Never have I had to wait to wash or dry anything.
Dry cleaning can soon be picked up from our apartments and will be brought right back to us. No worries with making it to the Dry Cleaner, they come to you. A lovelly new ammenity the management staff is bringing to all of us at The Bellerive.
To say the least I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management team is beyond the best of the best and is willing to help without having to be asked a million times. Wither it be from a light bulb to faucet leaks. Way to go Marisa T. District Manager and Pam Y. Property Manager, also the crew you have. I give you all a 10 in my book. Keep up the good work. This is definetly a superb, clean, well maintained property.
