Apartment Reviews for Brownhardt Apartments - Kansas City

This is a great place to live! It's very clean, maintenance responds unbelievably quick, it's a secure building, there is a parking lot that you can pay for out back, but I have never had an issues finding street parking, often right in front of the building. The office down the street holds large packages that can't be delivered to the mail boxes, and calls you to let you know. The apartments themselves are very modern, very clean and have open floorplans. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen and HUGE windows all throughout the apartment that make it incredibly bright. The bathroom is very roomy and has gorgeous floor to ceiling subway tile. The second bedroom is a bit small, but has a large closet and can easily fit a twin daybed, extra couch or desk for an office. The building itself is VERY quiet... almost like it is deserted most of the time. I often go days without seeing another person anywhere in the buildling. There are ALOT of dogs in this building, but I rarely hear barking... so there is great privacy between apartments. The only downfall to this, and this really isn't a fault to the mgmt company or the building, but people are really inconsiderate about picking up after their dogs on the side of the building... so you have to be careful. MAC Properties even installed and maintains a doggie bag dispenser on the side of the building, so it's a shame that some of the dog owners are so lazy. Overall, this has really been a great place to live and I often rave about the mgmt company and building.
