Apartment Reviews for Cloverset Apartments - Kansas City

I originally moved to Cloverset looking for something that was less expensive than living on the Kansas side or in the Downtown area. It's a great location, just a quick hop on the highway and you can be anywhere in the metro area within 20 minutes maximum. The price of the units are such a great bargain with the quality and size each has to offer. They are not luxury apartments, but serve nicely as a home to live in during the interim of finding a permanent residence. Even if you are looking for a permanent residence in an apartment complex, I would recommend this one. The staff is wonderful to work with and I have yet to call in a maintenance request that has not been addressed within 2 hours of the call. I have lived in 2 separate units during my time here and loved both. Each were in different buildings and the neighbors are great. Very quiet living areas with minimal outside noise. I recommend it to every I know of looking for a place to live!
