Apartment Review for Falcon Falls Apartments & Homes

I would highly recommend any potential tenants to think twice about moving here. The management plays favorites and loves to find bogus charges to deduct from security deposists when you move out. They are more often than not gone during their business hours in the evening, apparently they have better things to do than their job. Read over any contracts you get from them, they are notorious for charging residents for things that are usually considered "normal wear and tear" like CLEANING and painting. These are things that landlords should cover automatically. <P>
