This place was great when we moved in, but turned bad quickly. There is a review that states what great views the villas have, I just moved out of the villas and if you love looking at the school bus yellow construction trucks day in and day out from 8-4pm then yes it's a great view. However the dust from all the construction makes your car dirty all the time, I have had to drive through at least 4 inches of mud before just to get home, good view....I think not. The maintence was horrible! It took 9 months to get some of my issues cleared up. I had water leaking through my roof and running down one of my windows upstairs and downstairs that would keep my carpet saturated and it wasn't fixed for 9 months! Parking, if you like cars parking illegally infront of your drive-way that don't allow you in or out, then this place has excellent parking! Even when we called to complain of the illegal parking, because the lease states that those cars would be towed, the office did nothing. They said to call the courtesy officer, which I did and he never called back! What a waste of my hard earned money! When it came for us to move, because lets face it there is no way I would renew my lease after all of this! The lease states that they will refund your security deposit in full within 30 days of you vacating or they will send you an itemized list of charges they had to deduct from you security deposit which they did neither for me. Leases are legally binding, how is it that after 60 days I still don't have my refund? I call and I call and I call and for the past month they have been telling me that it's in the mail and it never is. Finally I received my refund which was $350.00 short what I was owed. They claimed I was late on my rent once, which I never was, because if you are late they close the rent drop box and ask you to have a certified check + 10% added to it, which I never had to do because I have always turned my rent in on time. Then they claimed they had to deduct $50.00 for blinds that needed to be replaced, which I find hard to believe, one blind had three crinkles in it, which I believe most would think that would fall under the wear and tear category. Reguardless of the $50.00 deduction they were still $300.00 short of my security deposit refund. I went to the office in person to ask why I was denied my security deposit and they could not explain! I also asked why they said I was late on my rent and why they never said anything to me about it until I wanted my security deposit back? ummmmmmm...... Interesting! I asked for the owner's name and number and they said the owner doesn't speak to the residents I would have to go through them. I asked for their accounting departments phone number and they said they don't deal with residents either. So the only people you are allowed to speak with are the two that work in the office, which by the way are hardly ever there! Incredible! I'm puzzled how a place of business such as one who needs residents to keep running treats their current and past residents this way. They seem nice, but the staff is horrible! Good Luck!!!!!!
