Apartment Reviews for Longfellow Heights - Kansas City

I have been living here for several years now, I have to say that even though the staff in the office and maintenance has changed from time to time in the past 2-3 years the maintenance staff chosen is excellent !!! I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and now days when it comes to customer service that is not true except for the maintenance crew of the apartments where I live. This company needs to thank the Supervisor "Dana" for having such a dedicated and responsible
employees in charge. I'M VERY HAPPY HERE!!! I HAD LIVE IN OTHER COMPLEXES AND MAINTENANCE WAS ALWAYS THE PROBLEM, I HAVE TO SAY, IF THE MAINTENANCE CREW LEAVES THEN I WILL LEAVE RIGHT ALONG WITH THEM!!! ALSO THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE ALRIGHT BUT NOT A WOW SPECIALLY THE MANAGER "BRANDY LEMONS" (SHE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON)
