Apartment Review for Metropolitan Condominiums

I will address every issue as listed by the reviews as this condo complex has managed to fail in every aspect.

1) safety: there is a key code needed but nobody needs to sign in to get into the building. if anyone can get in, whats the point? gun shots outside, horrible area to walk outside, cant leave the building except if by car.

2) Parking: Havent been able to use the garage parking which i PAID for because of maintenance being done in the garage which has taken considerably longer then first mentioned.

3) Appearance: leaky pipes burst in the lobby flooding the whole thing, several times in the few months ive been here.

4) office staff: two words: RUDE AND LAZY

5) Maintenance: Not only garage issue but the pool has also been closed for months on 'maintenance' even though nobody is working on it, just closed sign and tape.

6) Condition of Unit: halls are not cleaned often, always foot marks and dirt

7) noise level: thin walls as mentioned by other reviews here
