THE mgmt.is horrible inexperience and unprofessional,once they bait you in with all of the smoke and mirriors you will almost immediatly see the B.S AND THEN YOUR STUCK 4 a year .high crime w/ burglarys,car-breakins,homeless vigrants 24/7 old appliances,roach infested,roof and ceiling leaks,foundation problems,raw sewage backups=lorraine bldg.elevators breaking down often,lobbys reck urine,karen fernadez mgr.tylersmith asst mgr.
