Apartment Review for Quality Hill Towers

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Office staff is friendly in passing but if you need anything you wont get it. If all you need is a place to lay your head with a lock then go for it. I had horrible experiences as a tenant. I got stuck in the elevator for over 2 hours with some friends of mine. When we call emergency they said they had too many calls on the elevator in our building and wouldn't come. It was after hours and thankfully the maintenance guy finally let us out. He told us he wasn't supposed to because if the elevator moved and we got hurt while he was letting us out that they would be liable. He said he only let us out because the management and elevator company couldn't agree on who was responsible for getting us out. I guess that's why we were there so long. I ended my stay in September of 2007. I was sexually assaulted and raped in my apartment. The management did cooperate with the police but they wouldn't let me out of a renewal lease that hadn't started yet even with 30 days notice. Then they tried to stiff me with a $3000 bill. I had to get a lawyer to to get it down to $800. They even tried to get me to pay almost $200 for electricity that hadn't been used yet. I'm telling you the best thing about that apartment was the helpful maintenance and the pool. I don't think it was worth it but I'm sure someone will say I'm just a disgruntled ex-tenant. They would be right.
