Apartment Review for Riveroaks

This place is a dump. I have lived there for about a year and a half and cannot wait to move! Here are some main points: 1. Ownership/management has changed several times 2. Employees are very trashy 3. Nothing you request will EVER get done (I have been requesting my air conditioner be fixed for the last 16 months. They assure you they will be out that day and no one ever comes!) 4. Neighbors are loud and trashy (Section 8 renters allowed, I think) 5. Most equipment is broken in the 'exercise room' 6. Low flow toilets and faucets installed. hardly any water pressure. 7. When maintenance does come to fix something, they are very sloppy. I had a dishwasher replaced (after 3 requests) and the old one sat outside my apartment for over a week (outside) before anyone threw it away. 8. Paper thin walls. I hear every noise my upstairs neighbors make 9. Horrible paint jobs in apartments. It is obvious that nothing was cleaned beforehand 10. White trash <P>
