Now a completely different building under new management. Building inside and out has been completely renovated, and neighbors both at the property and surrounding area have been quiet and respectful. Great location near Westport. Covered parking a plus. Nice job!

Lots of potential if you like being awakened every night by loud, noisy, disrespectful neighbors; both in the apartment and in the unsecured garages below the apartment. Illegal day care center in 1 apartment, grave yard for abandoned cars, barbequeing in the hallways, lawn art in the form of kids bicycles skateboards, trash, and beer bottles. <P>
