roaches roaches roaches oh yeah more roaches. and they go in your house with out you knowing. but when you need them to come fix something they are not there. dont move here

Living here has been great thanks to the awesome staff that runs the complex. Very courteous and polite.

The location is nice and quiet and feels very secure.

All my comments to the staff have been taken care of quickly and efficiently as you would expect.

I would definitely recommend Santa Fe Village Apartments to anyone I know.

I'm a manager here and live here on property with 2 other managers a maintenance man and 2 full time security guards. No other property comes close to comparing with our full time onsite staff.
Crime is ZERO here with our onsite staff. We are aggressive at insuring that our property is safe, crime free, drug free, problem free and noise free.
We are quick to solve problems both domestic and maintenance related. NO other property responds after hours like ours does, 24 hours a day 7 days a week we have our cellphones.
We have a spacious and clean apartments. Onsite laundry facilities. Off street secure parking. Our tenants are wonderful and we love our current residents.

We want great tenants here. If you do drugs, if you are a criminal, if you like to have constant parties, if their are always people coming and going from your apartment, if you don't pay your rent, if you cause problems for others then don't apply.
We have a great property here and we want to keep it that way for our residents.

They will not fix anything in any sort of timely manner my refridgerator went out and it took them 5 months to fix it, the a/c went out and they fixed it in October. You will not get the deposit back and they will give you the run around when you ask them why. Plus will say that you owe them more than the deposit you payed. These people are scam artist don't move in.

Steve Ipock,Ray Moody,Dow and Andy run the place. Thay will tow your car,that will enter your apt without notice. Beware of illegal eviction. Apartments on ground floor will flood when it rains. Floor drain will constantly clog and flood lower apartments. You will not get your deposit back ever. You have mold,roaches and spiders to deal with. Property damage is constant. many lawsuits pending. Check downtown records

I have been looking for a place in Kansas City like this for several years. The managers all live on-site and take care of the property day and night. Everytime I have a concern they are quick to remedy the situation, Thank you Steve, Dow, and Andy for being so wonderful.
