Apartment Review for Yankee Hill

I lived in Yankee Hil for about 2 1/2 years...at first the people were good and the management lacked...int he middle of the night the management walked out with all the records. I had a lease to be renewed and that was a huge hassle. About the maintinece --it is terrible ! I had holes in my floor from falling though the wood floor adn the roof leaked on my circiut box everytime it rained. There was no real security and they let drug dealers live in the building. The chimney is completely open and the firteplace unusable as well as letting water and snow-heat and cold in and out. The windows were slated to be replaced and we were inconviencied only to learn nothign was going to happen but to half of one side of the building, so the windows are still drafty and in efficient. There are bullet holes int he windows that were never replaced just calked in and the fire escape does not lock at the bottom like it's supose to. All in all I do not recommend this to anyone --EVER!
