Apartment Review for Waterford Manor

My first review ever! I generally do not do this but being that I care for humanity in general... Here is what I have to say.

This place is terrible. Top 3 reasons not to live here. - $175 electric bill - Property manager is horrible to deal with. He is incapable of recording work orders or executing routine maintenance. - Slow response time on maintenance issues (2 months for broken AC) I have lived in apartments all my life and this has been the worst experience of my life. This is a horrible place to rent. Throw darts at the phone book. You WILL find a nicer place to call home.?
