The apartment itself is absoulutely Fantastic!!!! Everything is new and clean. However maintenance doesnt let you know when they are gonna be there or do they let you know that they have been there. One maintanence guy and some kids doing the maintenance. NOW THATS FUNNY!!! Hire some maintenance MEN PLEASE!!! Also management needs to work on there friendliness skills. The tenant is the customer. Provide customer service with a smile. And whatever you do, dont let your dog crap on the grass because the manager will put it on your front doorstep and that is no joke. Like i said the apartments are GREAT if you can put up with the rest. <P>

Wish they had designated parking for the residents. I'd gladly pay extra for my own parking space that only I could use. Other apartments charge for covered spaces, why not do it for the spaces in front of renters buildings? Extra income for the complex. If you rent a space, you can paint the numbers on the curb. If you move out and space becomes free, paint over it. If you come home and someone is in the spot you are paying for, call the towing company and have them removed! This would solve all the problems of guests NOT using the guest parking by the office. Single tenants with TWO vehicles taking up TWO spaces. People whos car breaks down and they let it sit there for weeks taking up a space people could use (yes this actually happened, and the guy didnt even live there). No seems to care about threats from management, do something that will solve the problem and increase your revenue at the same time. <P>

I have lived her 3 years, and for the most part it has been a great experience. I do, however, feel that the management needs to be a bit more firm with tenants with children and teens and how parents work to get them to abide by "quiet time rules" etc. <P>
