As of this writing, I live at Northcrest. I made this choice based on the price of rent, the location (no e-tax), and the size of the apartment. Having been there for about 2 months, I must say that I am very pleased with my choice. The front office staff is great and always willing to help. The maintenance staff has always been there the day of or day after to fix anything I need including the replacement of a water heater. Parking has never been an issue and my apartment had new carpet installed and was recently painted prior to moving in. Now, the complex is older, which is reflected in the building architecture, apartment wear and tear and overall complex appearance. However, for the price, this is something that be lived with. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable housing with a fantastic staff that will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. Stop in today and ask for Michelle, she is great!

I moved here in January of 2010. They have had new management since October 2009. The property has come a long way and really looks great. All of my neighbors seem to be happy with the change! It is a primo property... especially for the price. The girls in the office are super sweet and the maintenance guys would do anything to keep us happy! Love it here!

I moved in the middle of Septemeber 2009. I could tell that something was going on but too new to know. In October 2009 we got new managers and maintenance guys- I have to say I am very impressed. I have rented in a couple of different apartments and think I have finally found landlords who genuinely care about their residents. I do see a lot of changes going on which can be frustrating sometimes but have to believe its to my benefit- updating the apartments? Ok, please do. I think I have finally found an apartment I can live at for more than 12 months.

I've lived here since 2006 and I love it. Sofia & Dora are great, they threw all the problem tenants out and cleaned up the place. Craig & Wayne are quick to take care of our maintence complains. The staff care about their residents and are very understanding.
