Review for Kimberly Terrace Apartments

The apartment was nice when I first moved in; I lived by myself and it was nicesize for just one person. Way too crowded for two people though. Area is nice, my building is behind the gas station and their lights shine in my window at night. Security is not so good, a friend got her tires slashed in the parking lot but manager said they have never had a problem.

Property Manager, Sue Wood is very friendly and tries to be as helpful as she can. I have had complained about my windows since I moved in last August (they are very ahrd to open, if they do at all. They can be picked up and moved inside the frames and are difficult to close. The framing has holes so the air conditioning and heat goes right out the windows, when the wind blows outside I can feel it through the apartment).

Other than the windows though it is a nice place to live. Very quiet, little parking in certain areas. Great started apartment.
