going to start by commenting on the other review:: wow Ive been here TEN years and I LOVE it I would recommend it to anyone. Yes the pool is closed but you r allowed to use the one at the other property. I rarely have heard anything from the other apartments and if I do I ask nicely and people will useally turn down the tv or music. The car break ins ... what?? first i ever heard of multiple break ins the two that I have heard of was a boyfriend of a tennat being a jerk.(both no longer at the complex) Watson traffic is not that bad yes there is a nursing home across watson and occasionally there is ambluances and stuff. Complaints are mostly handled quickly sometimes there is a reason that it takes a bit. The emergancy line is usally called back with in a few minutes if its a REAL emergancy. I do agree though about the maintence man he is great. It really is a good community and a good place to live.
