We moved in 2005. We had a few major problems when we moved in, but they were fixed right away. Office Staff is always nice. <P>

Whatever you do, do NOT give these people their $200.00 application fee. They won't let you read the lease until it's too late and when you can't sign it because of their rediclous clauses they won't refund your application fee. If you sign the lease you are crazy. They have taken a standard lease and butchered it so unconscionably that you could be paying compounded fees like nothing I have ever seen before. The management office changes employees every few weeks so you never get to speak to the same person twice. Jim Stewart has earned his bad reputation tenfold. <P>

The office staff warned me about some of the "reviews" on this site....but gave me the opportunity to talk to real people who live there...and most of them seemed very happy, so I moved in. <P>
MY new apartment was very clean and attractive. A light switch didn't work, so the maintainence man came right in and fixed it....I have been here almost two months, and am pleasantly surprised about what I have found...would recommend..and have..to others... <P>

The walls are thin and if you get a noisy neighbor, be prepard for the complex to be no help. Overall it is an ok place to live. The kitchens are small and some of the buildings are a little old and creek but are not falling in.

They always have new people at the office, and they are not always nice with you, unless you are getting ready to rent. Maintenance, always mediocre, half done and they will leave you a mess at your place. Your carpet will be naughty afterwards, and of course, they won't clean it for you. Security is kind of scary lately, and neighbors can be really noisy and some smoke a lot! Entry of every building is carpeted, but really dirty, mostly in the first floor.

pool is great and the new management is careful to keep out anoying pool hoppers.
ask about any specials before you sign.
in spite of what you might read on other sites, the folks who live here are normal and nice, don't let the people who are posing as former residents fool you. the new owner will not put up with bad bahavior from residents and obviously won't put up with lazy employess, a plus for you if you rent here!

AFter living here 10 years, we are having mixed feelings about moving. A house will be nice, but our stay here was great. The neighbors were always nice, the managment spends to keep the place up, and we highly recommend it

I love it! Everything is within walking distance, and I work at Anheuser Busch corporate headquarters which is only a ten minute drive. We have a huge two bedroom apartment and the staff and neighbors are very nice. The pool just opened and they have real palm trees! It had been very nice, and I would give it a great recommendation for the money....

THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM HERE REALLY CARES...I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL, AND THEY CAME WITHIN THE DAY. AND THE GUY WHO CAME ASKED IF ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED FIXING...AND SPENT THREE HOURS IN MY APARTMENT DOING OTHER MINOR THINGS TO MAKE IT PERFECT! THANKS
