Apartment Reviews for Mansions On The Plaza - Saint Louis

When I first moved in about 3 years ago, I was a minority here. The building was mostly retirees and management was happy to keep it that way. However, in the past two years the building has completely changed. There is a broad mix of ages and the demographic is now so diverse. The community has new staff that are so attentive to every need. I work from home often and the amenities like free wifi in the club area, conference room, and business center put everything at my fingertips. My rent has maintained about a 2% increase each year, but well worth it based on the continuing improvement and additions to amenities and services. I never want to leave!!
