Apartment Reviews for Marlborough Trails - Saint Louis

I think these apartments are pretty good for the price. The condition of my unit was above average upon arrival. The furnace has not been working too well lately, I have put in a maintenance call. The air conditioning works well, but watch that power bill if you run it all the time! <P>
They do allow pets, but I was told by a manager that I would basically have to buy a new carpet for the place if I had a pet. That is understandable from the landlord point of view, but expensive for tenants. <P>
Parking can be a bit short at times, I think they could patrol more to deal with tenants who have a lot of extra cars around taking up tenant spaces. <P>
I have not personally seen any infestations of bugs. I have seen a couple spiders in the basement, but since I sprayed down there, I have not seen them. <P>
I would say that service is decent quality overall. They even make a point to alert tenants to crime in the area, not something that every apartment would do. <P>
The most common crime issue at this apartment is cars occasionally being broken into for CD collections and other valuables. This has not happened in a while, to my knowledge, and I think if people just keep such things out of their cars this can be avoided. <P>
I would recc this apartment complex for decent priced accomodations. <P>

I loved my apartment at Marlborough Trails. I was right up front by the train tracks and that never woke me in the night. I had an apartment on the end of a building and had a HUGE extra walk-in closet. The bathroom was bigger than my bathroom in my house I had previously.
I wish they wouldn't have raised their rent; I would have stayed.
Great place. Great maintenance staff.
Loved that there was a mail drop box in the complex. Very helpful.
