this property is under new management and several changes are being and have been made! come check 'em out. the property manager is a really good guy and will work with you if you're honest with him.

Young thugs hang out, I was going to my apartment and literally walked into the mist of weed smoke....YES it (the smoke) was that thick. They have police officers that live on the property, but their (the police officers) aren't keeping the "illegal activities" outside of Nico Terrace; their not employed by Nico Terrace, they work elsewhere!. The walls are so thin, that I've heard other tenants arguing and fighting at 5:00 in the morning!....I've never had roaches at any apartment I've lived at, when I came to Nico Terrace they were there and I mean - ROACH INFESTED!. I've there for two months and I'm moving!...I heard they were drug infested before I moved in, but I was homeless at the time....I lived in the loft and the loft is nice - but the area is another story. PRAISE GOD, I'm moving to HAZELWOOD!
