I have to agree with the above comments on 11/14/06 about lack of maintaining the property... even the basic landscaping is very neglected at times. Staff is friendly, but I've often heard, 'that's not our responsibility,' which can be frustrating. Internet is very slow most times... kinda like the days of dial-up, but it is free at least. Only maybe 40 channels for the cable... not great, but it's free, also, so I can't complain. I happen to live in a quiet section, but the few times there's been any kind of party or something, it is VERY loud. I can easily hear conversations in the main hallways... or if I'm in the main hallways, I can often hear exactly what tv shows people are listening to... like I'm in the same room. And also units near the highway have that added noise factor. Rents have increased quite a bit since I first moved in. There have been 1 or 2 multiple break-ins of cars in the lot, but the building itself seems secure. I've also heard that some have outrageous electric bills... one person mentioned $189 for the coldest month of the winter & that was for an 800-850 sq. ft. apartment. My average is maybe $50-60. There are some pros: The fitness room is great & often not crowded. The pool is also a nice feature & that area seems fairly well maintained. Great location right by the market.

Apartments are very nice, great appliances and even a washer and dryer but soundproofing is not good, I can hear the guy above me walking, talking and know which channel he's watching on TV. Cable and internet are provided, cable lineup-worse than basic and 4 HBO channels. If the internet goes out after Friday at 5, you're out of luck until Monday. This only happened to me once but it's worth mentioning. Maintenance is not good. I don't know what they're thinking because the rehab is beautiful but they are not maintaining the place very well. There are dirty walls, floors and carpets in the hallways and cigarette butts, beer bottles, trash and dog feces litter the grounds.
