Apartment Reviews for St Luke's Plaza Apartments Affordable Housing - Saint Louis

I have lived in this development for over 10 years and have few complaints. The neighborhood isn't the safest, but what neighborhood in the city is. I had my car stolen in 2009, but was able to get it back. A Club or an alarm system is a must. There are car break ins from time to time, but I think it has decreased over the years as they have increased security. There is one parking lot that is easily accessible to my building, but parking is limited and the say goes for off-street parking. The apartments have recently been rehabbed and are very nice throughout. The grounds and buildings are kept fairly clean and the buildings are for the most part quiet. The office staff is great. These apartments are very close to public transportation and to the U City Loop and Forest Park.
